timer array developments

After spending a lot of time on forums I managed to edit andpiece together bits of code to get a result...

Press the button
The array lights up quickly, one light at a time
The array turns off the lights one at a time but slowly.

The only problem is making the lights turn off in the opposite direction to the way that they turn on.
